Due to the specialization of made-to-order gowns all of our dresses are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

*If you are concerned about the fit of a gown we encourage you to take advantage of our Request A Sample option, where you can have any DOS (sample) gown shipped to your home for an at-home try on before you buy.
