Do yourself a favor. The ‘ledger’ is our version of a three pice suit, comprised of an oversized blazer, cropped corset-like top, and mini skirt made in our elevated floral French Lace. Top has a fitted bodice with boning and cups. adjustable straps that drape down the back in an elongated manner. *as seen in image: this style is lined with ivory satin.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GOWN? 

All gowns take 12-15 weeks to create until they are shipped out. If you need a rush order, there is an additional $300 cost. Please message us with your requested rush time frame as soon as possible so we can arrange the rush. Please note all rush requests are possible, rush confirmations will be determined at time of request. 

WHERE DO I GO FOR ALTERATIONS? 

For that perfect fit, we recommend looking towards your local bridal seamstress to accommodate any minor alterations necessary (a basic google search should turn up some possible options for you). We do not provide this service in house. 

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES? 

Due to the specialization of made to order gowns, all of our dresses are non-refundable / non-exchangeable. If you have any questions, or would like to see additional photos, or any of our gowns please message us. We would be happy to answer any questions that you may have and/or send you more photos. 

CAN I PAY OVER TIME IN 2 PAYMENTS? 

We understand that pulling off the perfect wedding can really add up! In the case that any of our brides want to break up that cost, we allow for paying ½ the price upfront in a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid in 60 days from the original payment date. Purchase won't ship until balance is cleared. 

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY DRESS AFTER THE WEDDING? 

We recommend that all of our brides have their gowns dry cleaned after the big day. After dry cleaning has been completed, do not have your gown but rather make sure it's preserved in a box, to resist fabric stretching over time. 

WHERE CAN I TRY ON DAUGHTERS OF SIMONE GOWNS? 

Find out where you can try on our gowns on our retailers and trunk shows pages. If there is not a retailer near you, we’d love to send you the gown to try on at home.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Info on Bridal Gown Orders:

Domestic Shipping: Orders will be shipped via UPS. Your signature will be required for release. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your gown is shipped. (*If you need a faster shipping method for domestic orders please let us know.)

International Shipping: Orders will be shipped via DHL with a signature required for release.  You will receive an email with your tracking information once your gown is shipped. 

*NOTE ON SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT: Your signature requirement is in place to ensure that your gown/package is delivered to the intended recipient. We know this is a very special and expensive order. We want to make sure you receive it!

On-Sale Gowns (Sample Sale Gowns): 

Domestic Shipping: From the time your order is placed until the time you receive it can take 4-7 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. 

International Shipping: From the time your order is placed until the time you receive your order can take 6-10 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. 

Accessory Orders (veils, capes, and robes): These items have a five week turnaround time from date of purchase to your ship date. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. 

 

Additional Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped out of Fresno, California, USA.

Domestic Orders have a travel time ranging from 4-7 business days.

International orders have a travel time of 6-10 business Days.

*Shipping/Processing times can vary depending on observed holidays. Unintentionally, form time to time, shipping times may extend past anticipated arrival dates. We will always do our best to notify you should this be the case.

FAQ’s:

How will I be notified that my order has shipped?

You will receive an email from dos@daughtersofsimone.com once your order has shipped, with the tracking number from the specified carrier so you may follow along with your order.

I placed an international order, are the taxes and import fees covered in the cost of my gown?
No, Daughters of Simone does not cover any fees or taxes acquired through the shipping process. All taxes and Fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

What size am I?

All of our gowns are made-to-order, which means we do not begin constructing your dress until after you order it. All gowns come in womens US size XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL, XXXXL, XXXXXL (sizing chart below). If you are unsure of your size please send us your measurements and we will happily help you find which category best fits you. (We highly recommend you take your measurements before ordering.)

How do I take my measurements?

To be sure this gown will be the right fit for you, please take the following measurements - bust, hips, waist, and length from the top of the shoulder on down to your toes (be sure to wear heels a relative height to those you'll be wearing on the big day while taking this measurement).
